Scheduling
Scheduling is easy, we just find a time that works for us both. To ensure you have my full attention, I maintain at minimum a half hour between clients. Whether over the phone, on the Internet, or face-to-face, I can meet with you to give you the knowledge you need to work out independently.

My home office is on a residential street in Boston, Massachusetts (the pleasant Savin Hill area of Dorchester), close to the McConnell Park sports and beach area with its fields and paths perfect for workouts. See a closer, interactive map here.

Sometimes, I can travel to visit you. It's always OK to ask!

While I mainly focus on the equipment-free training more people want, I also train at the following gyms.

Fee and payment options
I charge $125 per session. Each session takes 45 minutes. At this time I offer no discounts or promotions, but there's no hidden fees or extra charges, either. You may buy as few or as many sessions as you wish.

If you want, you can pay ahead for your session with PayPal, the simple, safe and secure online payment method. You may also use prepayment to buy a session for someone else as a nice gift.
